Incubation furnace for temperature-controlled applications at a predetermined point (set-point) of temperature.
It has:
External housing made of high quality and mechanical resistance stainless steel, DIN 1.4301.
Interior of the working chamber in stainless steel, DIN 1.4301, in a single sheet with deep extrusion that ensures complete tightness and protection of the resistors from liquids.
Ventilation hole, adjustable opening, by means of a sliding button, from the front of the furnace. It allows the removal of any moisture when drying wet items, faster cooling and exchange of internal air. Both the excellent insulation and the complete separation of the chamber from the walls ensure that the outside of the furnace will remain cool during operation.
The furnace has two doors, an inner glass one for observing the samples without disturbing the temperature of the chamber, and an outer one made of stainless steel with a strong intermediate insulation of glass wool, which is closed airtight with a double rubber and a double locking mechanism at the top and bottom.
Electronic PID controller for temperature control with built-in self-diagnostic system for quick error identification.
Additionally built-in digital timer (1 minute ? 99 hours 59 minutes) the temperature stops after the preset operating time.
Central switch (push / turn) to open and close the furnace and to use the timer, also (in conjunction with the SET button) it is also used to digitally adjust the temperature and the preset time points (setpoints).
High specification thermocouple Pt 100, Class A (4 wires).
Operating indicators for standby / heating / normal operation / timer operation / error.
Digital display to display actual and preset temperature, as well as remaining operating time.
The temperature in the working chamber is regulated from 5?C above ambient to 70?C.
The selection of the operating temperature (set point) is done with precision (0.5?C).
The display of the operating temperature is digital with an accuracy of (0.5?C).

Double protection against overheating:
1. After an error of the PID controller or the Pt 100 sensor, the operation of the resistors stops (interrupts) when the temperature exceeds the predetermined point by (10?C in Universal ovens and Sterilizers and 3?C in Incubators).
2. Defined temperature limitation (TB) stops the operation of the resistors as soon as the temperature exceeds the maximum temperature of the furnace.
It works with electricity 220V/50HZ.
The furnace is delivered complete and ready for use without any additions or changes and complies with the International Safety and Construction Regulations: GS-test, IEC 335, VDE 0700, as well as with DIN 12880, 50011, 58945, 58947, EN 61010-1 (IEC 61010-1), 61010-2-010, 61010-1-043. It has CE marking and the manufacturer is ISO 9001 certified.
